Dandruff is caused by a fungus called malassezia which feeds on oils. Most shampoos contain oil and promote the growth of malassezia.
Dermazen formulas give unique relief because we never use oil-based ingredients that can increase the growth of fungus.

Malassezia fungus creates a biofilm shield that protects itself from antifungal treatment. We’ve unlocked the secret to help safely diminish or neutralize this barrier.

I like the conditioner a lot and feel that it softens my hair and keeps the scalp moist. You can't use the shampoo and then cancel all the benefits of that by using some random conditioner. This stuff is great!
