Our 60-Day Peaceful Skin Guarantee is designed to give you the freedom to test our products and discover what works best for your skin. Your 60-Day window begins on the day your package is marked as delivered by the carrier.
Everyone’s skin is unique, and finding the right fit can take some experimenting. That’s why we encourage you to use and test our formulas during this window. Whether you’re soothing your scalp, calming flare-ups, or rebuilding your skin barrier, our goal is for you to feel confident giving each product a fair shot.
If a product doesn’t feel like the perfect match, send it back. You are able to adjust, exchange, or return every individual product one time. This ensures you still have the chance to test all of our formulas so you can keep moving toward peaceful skin with confidence.
If you find that our products aren’t harmonizing with your skin, you may return them for an exchange, store credit, or refund back to your original form of payment within 60 days. To ensure you’ve given the product a fair try, we ask that you use it consistently for at least 10 days before considering a return.

Our 60-Day 100% Peaceful Skin Return Policy is intended for individual consumer customers seeking relief for their own skin, and we do not extend refunds to resellers (or any purchases made through an unauthorized reseller). If we find reasonable evidence that an order appears to be for resale purposes—for example, attempting to return bulk quantities such as 6, 9, or 20 of the same item, or if an email address, physical address, phone number, or account is affiliated with reselling activity, or if we see repeated high-volume return patterns inconsistent with personal use—we reserve the right to decline refund requests and to cancel your order without notice. Q: What is the difference if I purchase your products from a reseller?
A: When products are sold by unauthorized resellers (including on sites like Amazon, eBay, or other marketplaces), we can’t verify how those items were stored, handled, tampered with, or even if they’re authentic. Because of this, orders placed through unauthorized resellers are not covered by our 60-Day Peaceful Skin Guarantee. Ordering through our official site ensures you get the freshest formulas, full customer support, and the protection of our guarantee.
Q: What if I’m a reseller or buying in bulk?
A: Our guarantee does not apply to resellers. Bulk return attempts (like 6, 9, or 20 of the same item) or accounts tied to resale activity are not eligible. Our policy is also not extended to products purchased through resellers. If there is reasonable evidence that an order was placed for resale purposes—such as an attempt to return large bulk quantities of the same product, activity linked to reseller accounts, or repeated high-volume return patterns inconsistent with personal use—we reserve the right to decline the exchange/store credit/refund request.

Q: Do I really have to ship back the bottles?
A: Yes. Fortunately, you do not need to hold onto the original packaging; sending back just the bottle itself is enough. For your peace of mind, all returned products are responsibly disposed of and never resold, ensuring the integrity of every item that reaches our customers.
Q: How long will my exchange/store credit/refund take?
A: Please allow up to 10 business days after your return is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier to our facility for inspection and processing. If all the necessary information was not included in the return, it may take longer.
Q: My order was incorrect or damaged, what can I do?
A: Contact us at support@dermazen.co with a picture of the package you received it in, packing slip, and what you received and we will make it right for you, policy still intact.
Q: My order was marked as delivered but I did not receive it.
A: Contact us at support@dermazen.co 48 business hours after it was marked as “Delivered” by your carrier (sometimes it shows up later, we don’t know why 🤷) with your order number, name and email associated with your order, and shipping address. We’ll open up an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. If it is determined that the order was delivered properly to the address provided, and Order Protection was not elected at checkout, the order is eligible for one courtesy reship but this voids the 60-Day Peaceful Skin Guarantee so the replacement order would not be eligible for return. If order protection was elected, your order will be reshipped with the policy still intact.
If you think your package was stolen after delivery:
→ Look in common hiding spots (porch, side door, garage, behind planters, with neighbors, etc.)
→ Double-check with people you live with, neighbors, front desk, or anyone else who may have accepted the package on your behalf
→ Reach out to the carrier (USPS/FedEx) with your tracking number and open a “missing package” or “stolen package” claim
→ File a local police report (optional, but recommended) to create a paper trail. This is sometimes required for reimbursement through shipping insurance.

A: Once you’ve taken the above steps, contact us at support@dermazen.co and let us know the outcome. If the package is still not located, we can help explore replacement options. If you purchased Order Protection, a quick claim will cover a free replacement. Without it, we’ll do our best to work with you case-by-case.
Q: My order was refused or undeliverable because I put the incorrect address.

Q: What if my international order was undeliverable?
A: We do not offer any product exchanges, store credit, reships, or refunds on international orders. Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country. If an international order is returned/refused due to unpaid fees, incorrect address, or for any other reason undeliverable, the order will not be reshipped and no exchange, store credit, or refund will be issued.
